Description:

  • Join Wellmark as a Senior Data Analyst to support Network Payment Strategy and Network Performance.
  • Analyze complex data to identify opportunities, frame business problems, and influence product priorities and value-based payment initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, health insurance, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAS, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Strong communication, consultation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching others.
  • Valid Driver’s License with minimal travel required.
