Remote Senior Data Analyst, Strategic Operations

Description:

• Own the architecture and buildout of Collective's Operations Intelligence Warehouse, including BigQuery data layer and Metabase BI.
• Lead analytics to identify trends, operational metrics, and insights for decision-making in a financial services context.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in data analysis or analytics engineering, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Expert-level SQL and experience with dbt, BigQuery, and Metabase.
• Proven track record in data cleanup and warehouse re-architecture.
• Strong data quality instincts and experience with testing frameworks and documentation.
• Ability to transform ambiguous questions into structured analyses.
• Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-starter mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment.
