Description:

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clinical data completeness and effectiveness at Counterpart Health.
  • Own end-to-end understanding of clinical data lifecycle, ensuring data is complete, reliable, and actionable.
  • Conduct analyses to identify high-quality healthcare facilities and quantify data gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and validate data quality.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience in healthcare data interoperability.
  • Strong experience with healthcare data standards: HL7, CCDA, and ADT messages.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets.
  • Background in analyzing interoperability networks or HIE integrations.
  • Strong investigative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
