Description:

  • Join Counterpart Health as a Data Analyst focusing on Value-Based Care (VBC) analytics.
  • Translate complex clinical and financial data into actionable narratives for internal teams and external customers.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure analytics are accurate and decision-ready.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience, particularly in value-based care.
  • Strong SQL skills for complex queries in cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Ability to create customer-facing reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with VBC metrics and experience with Medicare Advantage is preferred.
