Description:

• Join Wellhub as a Data Analyst Specialist in the CX Insights team, focused on optimizing customer experience performance.
• This is a remote position available only to candidates in Brazil, aimed at identifying global opportunities and proposing action plans for CX operations.

Requirements:

• Experience analyzing large datasets and synthesizing insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL and Business Intelligence tools; advanced skills in data visualization (Looker ML, Metabase, PowerBI).
• Strong knowledge of data science techniques (regression, segmentation, forecasting) and effective communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and a proactive, strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis is a plus.
