Description:

Join the Business Insurance Finance team as a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into business insights.
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, automate reporting processes, and deliver analytics for financial planning and business performance.

Requirements:

Experience in business intelligence, financial reporting, or data analytics.
Strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel (including PivotTables, macros, and data modeling).
Ability to extract, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.
Experience with VBA, Python, or other automation tools is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
Insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
