Description:

Lead the technical vision, architectural strategy, and data modeling frameworks for the enterprise data platform at Privia Health.
Define structure, integration, and governance of healthcare data across various sources including EMRs and claims.

Requirements:

6+ years in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Data Platform roles with experience in cloud data platforms.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and expertise in Medallion Architecture design patterns.
Proficient in SQL, Python, and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS).
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA).

Benefits:

Salary range of $128,000 to $150,000, plus an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units.
