Description:

  • Lead the technical vision, architectural strategy, and data modeling frameworks for the enterprise data platform at Privia Health.
  • Define structure, integration, and governance of healthcare data across various sources including EMRs and claims.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Data Platform roles with experience in cloud data platforms.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and expertise in Medallion Architecture design patterns.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA).

Benefits:

  • Salary range of $128,000 to $150,000, plus an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units.
