Description:

Seeking an experienced Data Center Security Engineer to secure OpenAI’s data center infrastructure.
Role involves driving security architecture, control validation, and improvements across diverse environments, focusing on IT, Enterprise, ICS, and Operational Technology (OT) networking.

Requirements:

15+ years of security experience, particularly in large-scale infrastructure or data center systems.
Expertise in securing OT and IT networking environments, including segmentation and access controls.
Experience in building audit programs for ongoing compliance with security controls.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work autonomously.
Knowledge of security engineering across network security, IAM, and incident response.
Familiarity with control frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001.
Excellent communication skills for explaining risks and controls to diverse audiences.
