Description:

Lead the design, analysis, and validation of new medium voltage power distribution products.
Manage and mentor engineers and designers, ensuring quality and efficiency in deliverables.
Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to address project challenges and ensure timely delivery.
Drive on-time performance and minimize design errors for new product introduction (NPI) projects.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; MSME preferred.
10+ years of experience in R&D or product development in the power distribution industry.
Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects and developing new technologies.
Experience with medium voltage power distribution systems and design-to-order environments.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and familiarity with design standards and guidelines.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
