Description:
- Own entire production software systems end-to-end, from operational problem understanding to software deployment.
- Build and maintain internal operational stack connecting planning, materials, purchasing, personnel, and factory processes.
Requirements:
- Strong PostgreSQL experience: complex queries, performance tuning, and schema design.
- Solid data modeling and systems-design judgment.
- Hands-on systems integration: stitching together APIs, tools, and workflows.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with ability to ship production systems quickly.
- Willingness to travel regularly to CircuitHub factories in the US and UK.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: £80k–£130k (UK) or $150k–$250k (US) plus equity.
