Remote Senior Director, Data Center Construction

Description:

• Oversee all construction operations for data center projects in Ohio, ensuring completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor construction teams, advocating for safety and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance company positioning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of construction project management experience, with 5+ years in mission-critical or data center industry.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial management tools.
• Deep understanding of building codes and construction practices in Columbus & Johnstown markets.
• Willingness to travel domestically and within Canada.
