Requirements:

Strong process mapping skills to simplify complex operations and improve workflows.
Technical fluency with AI tools and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make).
Excellent communication skills for leading discovery calls and presenting solutions to customers.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality in automation reliability.
(Bonus) Experience in trades or field service, familiarity with FSM platforms or small-business bookkeeping.

Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 plus equity.
