Description:

  • Key member of the Data Science Production Engineering (DSPE) DevOps team responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and updating software tools and data platforms.
  • Ensure timely delivery of robust software systems and contribute to system architecture and infrastructure design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Bioinformatics, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience (3+ years with a Master's, 2+ years with a Doctorate).
  • Experience in regulated environments (CLIA/FDA) and in Software Engineering or DevOps teams.
  • Proficiency in Python, AWS services, RDBMS systems, and bioinformatics file types.
