Own the creative direction of Rythm’s website, including homepage, product pages, launches, campaigns, and editorial content.
Design web experiences that prioritize brand identity using original layouts, expressive typography, and art direction.
Simplify complex scientific information into clear, intuitive visuals and diagrams.
Art direct imagery and illustration, creating graphic systems without reliance on photography.
Evolve the Rythm brand across digital platforms and contribute to brand system development.
Handle everyday design requests efficiently while maintaining high craft standards.
Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure design integrity in final products.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in brand and web design, preferably with a well-known brand or design studio.
Portfolio showcasing original, brand-led web work with a focus on typography, layout, and graphic design.
Ability to clearly explain complex products or information stylishly.
Strong instincts in art direction across imagery, illustration, and motion.
Hands-on approach with a willingness to lead and execute creative work.
Expert-level skills in Figma; motion or prototyping skills are a plus.
Clear design perspective and ability to articulate design decisions.
Exceptional taste and attention to detail.
