Remote Senior Director, Enterprise Systems and Data

Description:

• Lead the enterprise technology infrastructure at Optro, a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Oversee revenue technology stack, enterprise data platform, and AI initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology functions with ownership of systems and data teams.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ platforms, and HRIS systems.
• Proven ability to build and govern enterprise data infrastructure at scale.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools, particularly integration platforms like Workato.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with a data-driven approach.
• International experience is a plus, especially in CPQ and compliance.
