Description:

  • Headway is seeking a Revenue Strategy and Operations Lead (Insights & AI) to enhance provider growth through AI-powered tools and strategic analysis.
  • The role involves generating insights, building self-service tools for sales leaders, and supporting revenue leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in strategy, sales operations, or analytics, preferably in a growth-stage company.
  • Proficiency in AI tools, data modeling, trend diagnosis, and forecasting (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and scope ambiguous problems.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range of $105,400 - $155,000, with potential performance-based compensation and equity grants.
