Remote Senior Director, Enterprise Security

Description:

• Lead and execute Delinea’s Cybersecurity program as Sr. Director of Enterprise Security.
• Collaborate with CISO and oversee Security Architecture and Engineering, Security Operations, and Identity and Access Management teams.
• Ensure security of corporate networks and cloud applications, establishing Delinea as a leader in security architecture and best practices.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in enterprise security or related fields, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Extensive knowledge of security landscape, risk management, and compliance frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2, etc.).
• Proven experience in building comprehensive Cybersecurity programs and managing multi-team security organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and minimal travel (<5%).
