Description:
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Workday Adaptive Planning.
Responsible for administration, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the planning platform to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning processes.
Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure data integrity and efficient planning processes.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance financial planning and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning administration and model design.
Understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Advanced Excel and financial systems skills.
5+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning administration and model-building experience.
Bachelorโs degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
