Description:

Serve as the senior technical authority for operational electrical infrastructure across the hyperscale AI data center fleet.
Lead site assessments, operational audits, and ensure technical readiness ahead of site activation.
Review designs and specifications from an operational perspective and provide feedback for improvements.
Own electrical operational readiness and manage the commissioning-to-operations handover for new sites.
Author and approve high-risk electrical MOPs, EOPs, and AOPs, and lead root cause analysis on significant electrical events.
Act as a liaison between operations, design, construction, hardware, and EHS.

Requirements:

Extensive experience running mission-critical electrical systems, with a background in trades or field operations.
Proficient in operational electrical stack components: switchgear, UPS, generators, ATS/STS, PDUs, and EPMS.
Experience in authoring and executing high-risk electrical MOPs and conducting root cause analysis.
Ability to assess operational readiness and audit site posture effectively.
Strong teaching skills to build technical readiness in teams.
Bonus: Experience in hyperscale or large colocation environments, NETA and NFPA 70E expertise, EPMS platforms, and electrical safety program ownership.
