Description:

  • Join Inspiren as a Senior Business Systems Engineer, focusing on AI & Automation to enhance senior living solutions.
  • Own and administer core business systems (Salesforce and NetSuite) and develop intelligent automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in business systems or technical operations with measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite administration, including data governance and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and data hygiene practices.
  • Ability to coach and enable team members in automation and systems improvements.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $175,000 plus equity.
