Description:

  • Lead the evolution of GTM data standards and operational rigor within Revenue Operations.
  • Ensure data integrity and reliability across Salesforce and the revenue technology stack.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to architect governance frameworks and implement scalable controls.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or Data Operations roles.
  • Proven experience in data governance and process transformation in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, including administration, reporting, and data architecture.
  • Strong understanding of GTM business processes and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and manage third-party data solutions.
