Remote Senior Director Data & Analytics

Description:

• Lead the data foundation and analytical engine at Curology to support major business decisions.
• Own Curology's data infrastructure, architecture, and customer data platform, managing a team in analytics, experimentation, and data science.

Requirements:

• 12-15 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or data science, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience in a high-growth, consumer-facing technology environment.
• Mastery of modern analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Strong understanding of experimental design, predictive modeling, and cohort analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
