Description:

  • Lead the design of AI-enabled capabilities in Amazon Connect contact center environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases and create AI solution architectures.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on expertise with large language models and agentic AI patterns.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect capabilities and designing AI solutions for contact centers.
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills and ability to translate business opportunities into structured AI use cases.
