Description:

The GTM Engineer designs, builds, and operates the technical infrastructure for account-based demand generation at EnableComp.
Responsible for translating buying signals into prioritized target accounts within HubSpot, ensuring accurate data and minimal manual effort.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years in GTM Engineering, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot administration and building workflows in Clay.
Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation tools; familiarity with ABM concepts and intent data providers.
Strong data analysis skills with SQL or spreadsheets; ability to work with large data sets.
