Description:

Responsible for designing and scaling AI-driven workflows to power Outreach's revenue engine.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, BI, and Revenue Operations teams.

Requirements:

7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or similar roles.
Deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies.
Hands-on experience with Outreach or comparable sales engagement platforms.
Strong systems thinker with experience in building scalable workflows.
Working knowledge of AI in sales and marketing, including LLMs and automation.
Data-driven mindset with a track record in experimentation and performance analysis.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
