Description:

  • Senior Civil Designer focusing on grading & utility for large hyperscale data center projects.
  • Collaborate with licensed engineers on plans and calculations using Civil 3D and CAD software.
  • Design utilities and surfaces independently with oversight, creating detailed drawings and models.
  • Projects typically range from 20 to 200+ acres.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Associate’s degree in drafting or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in drafting and design, including surface creation and utility design.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
