Description:

  • Analyze customer implementation data, product usage patterns, and operational workflows to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to create best-practice playbooks and evidence-based collateral.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in clinical operations and business operations data.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience with large datasets; experience with dashboard tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Masters degree in data science or related field preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong project management abilities.
