Lead the AI transformation strategy for Xplor Technologies, aligning AI initiatives with business goals and product vision.
Define and maintain a company-wide AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases across various domains.
Manage the AI initiative portfolio, ensuring solutions are pragmatic and scalable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions and establish governance frameworks.
Monitor AI regulations and build internal AI literacy to foster a culture of AI-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

8 to 12+ years of experience in strategy, product, data, technology, or consulting roles.
Proven experience leading AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives from strategy to execution.
Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, with the ability to engage with technical teams.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex business problems into AI solutions.
Experience in establishing governance frameworks for transparency and compliance.

Competitive salary range of USD $150,000 to $160,000, with potential for an annual bonus.
