Remote Lead - POC Data Science

Description:

• Lead the Proof of Concept (PoC) data science team to drive projects for enterprise customers and financial institutions.
• Develop team members' skills while delivering scalable production-ready solutions using fraud analytics and machine learning.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in fraud/risk data science and analytics, with a focus on fraud, payments, or fintech.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, coaching data scientists.
• Strong technical skills in Python and SQL; familiarity with Spark, Kafka is a plus.
• Proven experience in delivering POC/POV engagements with measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in applied ML for fraud detection and risk analysis.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex data findings to various audiences.
