Description:

  • Responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day operations of customer-hosted cloud environments.
  • Contributes to efficiency and optimization initiatives, mentors junior team members, and serves as an escalation point for cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years experience in a cloud or systems administration role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, automation tools, and security.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. T-SQL, PowerShell, Python).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex cloud-related problems.
  • Ability to work 2nd shift EST hours.

Benefits:

  • Pay range: $66,000-$78,000/year, eligible for an annual bonus.
