Description:

Join Neara as a Solutions Engineer to define and grow the Design function within the go-to-market organization.
Utilize advanced machine learning to create digital twins of electricity grids, helping utilities optimize investments and enhance resilience.

Requirements:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in utility design, including pole loading and clearance analysis.
Proficiency in at least one design tool (PLS-CADD, SpidaCalc, OCalc, Pole Foreman, AutoCAD) and familiarity with utility CAD/GIS environments.
Strong communication skills and credibility with utility practitioners.
Aptitude for coding and automation, with a willingness to learn more.
Experience with digital twin platforms is a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically (20–30%).
