• The Founding GTM Lead will own the outbound sales process, working closely with the founder to build systems, fill pipelines, and close deals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of outbound sales experience at a startup, having built systems from scratch.
• Proficient in using modern sales tools (Clay, Instantly/Smartlead, LinkedIn automation, CRM).
• Strong understanding of deliverability and email campaign management.
• AI-native mindset, capable of leveraging AI for research and personalization.
• Excellent written communication skills and a relentless follow-through approach.
• Comfortable with manual outreach and building relationships through personal engagement.
