Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a software, infrastructure, or product engineer.
Strong Python skills with experience in cloud deployment.
Experience in building evaluation pipelines and assessment systems for AI.
Solid background with APIs, databases, backend services, and deployment pipelines.
Proven ability to convert research prototypes into maintainable products.
Experience designing dashboards or monitoring systems for performance.
Interest in LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI evaluation.
Full-stack experience is a plus; familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, React/Next.js, Postgres, vector databases is helpful.
