Description:

  • Lead the Customer Strategy Analytics & Applied AI team to drive analytics and strategy for Customer Success (CS).
  • Collaborate with the SVP of CS and leadership to identify opportunities and build AI-powered systems that enhance customer engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years in analytics, strategy, or operations, with experience in shipping data products or AI systems.
  • Strong numerical skills; familiarity with SQL/Python and tools like Claude is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
