Description:

  • Drive internal AI fluency across Juniper Square by designing and delivering programs, content, and coaching.
  • Build curriculum and materials, lead training sessions, and coach individuals and teams on AI tools like Claude, Cowork, and Claude Code.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in customer education, technical training, or related fields.
  • Strong fluency with Claude and modern AI tools, with a proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to measure learning outcomes and influence adoption across organizational lines.
