Description:

  • Join 1Password's Solutions Marketing team to build AI-native services for Sales, enhancing seller workflows with real-time guidance and personalized content.
  • Design, build, and operate internal AI systems that support sales processes, integrating with existing tools and ensuring security and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in designing and operating production AI systems, particularly with large language models and agent workflows.
  • Strong technical judgment and ability to translate user feedback into actionable technical requirements.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and user-centered delivery.
