Remote Data Platform Lead

Requirements:

• 8+ years in data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong people management skills and experience in developing talent.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake + dbt preferred).
• Proven experience in building AI on structured data and data ingestion at scale.
• Experience in creating productized, multi-tenant data offerings.
• Solid engineering fundamentals including CI/CD and infra-as-code.
