Own and scale Blitz’s organic growth engine in the US.
Build scalable acquisition loops through influencers, streamers, social content, partnerships, referral mechanics, and IRL activations.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in growth, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, community, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of internet culture, gaming ecosystems, creator economy dynamics, and social platforms.
Experience working with influencers, streamers, talent agencies, or creator programs.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution and experimentation.
Comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Passionate about gaming, competition, creators, and online communities.
Based in the United States.
