Description:
Architect and implement agentic software development lifecycle (SDLC) pipelines integrating AI agents for planning, building, testing, and shipping software.
Enhance developer experience with modern AI integrations and self-service tooling to improve productivity.
Build reliable AI systems with governance and security measures for responsible adoption in critical environments.
Create repeatable frameworks and playbooks to scale agentic acceleration across the organization.
Promote AI adoption and support team members in leveraging AI technologies.
Requirements:
2–3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems in production.
2+ years of experience designing and operating agentic workflows and pipelines.
Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of grounded AI patterns and software engineering fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python.
Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; role is US-remote.
Benefits:
Competitive base salary range of $150,000–$200,000, based on experience.
