Remote AI Enablement Engineer

Description:

• Drive AI adoption across all teams at Applause by building and maintaining a monthly roadmap of AI-powered workflows.
• Implement AI tools, integrate them into core systems, train teams, and track effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in AI/LLM implementation, workflow automation, or related technical roles.
• Ability to write and modify code for internal business applications.
• Experience with integrations or automations (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs).
• Knowledge of modern AI tools and their application in business workflows.
• Strong communication skills to train and troubleshoot with non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented and effective in a remote work environment.
