Description:

Bounteous is seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Advanced Administrator to support the Caesars account.
The role involves hands-on configuration and administration of Salesforce org, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with collaboration across teams.

Requirements:

3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including 1+ years with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Strong knowledge of data models, Flow automation, and approval processes.
Practical experience with Opportunity/Lead management, Case management, and security models.
Comfortable working in Agile environments and able to troubleshoot production issues under pressure.
Availability to work core hours aligned to Pacific Time, including occasional after-hours support.
