Description:

Oura is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to enhance the online experience of discovering, evaluating, purchasing, and managing Oura products and Membership.
This is a 6-month, fixed-term remote role, preferably for candidates in San Francisco, San Diego, or Boston.

Requirements:

5+ years of user research experience with a focus on digital commerce and B2B platforms.
Expertise in qualitative research methods, including interviews and usability studies.
Proficient in modern AI-driven methodologies for research processes.
Strong skills in customer journey mapping and integrating qualitative insights with quantitative data.
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience in establishing or scaling research functions in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have: Experience in health, wellness, or wearable technology research and working with diverse user groups.
