Description:

  • Senior Data Center BIM Designer to support Modular Data Center (MDC) deployments across various sites.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining a coordinated BIM model integrating civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, piping, controls, and ICT disciplines.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of BIM/CAD design experience in commercial, industrial, or modular projects, with expertise in either CSA or MEP.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in clash detection and coordination.
  • Ability to create BIM/drawing standards, libraries, and templates.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% to project sites and fabrication facilities.
