Remote Lead GRC & Security Governance

Description:

• Lead the governance systems for technology risk, controls, assurance, incident governance, and business continuity at Dave.
• Shape the technology governance program to provide clear expectations for managing risk across Security, IT, Engineering, and Data teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant technology experience in security governance, technology risk, or security assurance.
• Proven experience leading a SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, or equivalent audit successfully.
• Strong technical fluency in cloud, identity, CI/CD, source control, endpoints, networks, and data platforms.
• Ability to influence technical teams while maintaining accountability for governance outcomes.
• Excellent written communication and program management skills.
