Description:

Lead product strategy and execution for Developer Experience (DevX) products, Security for AI, and AI for Security initiatives at 1Password.
Define product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for secure interactions between developers, AI systems, and 1Password.

Requirements:

10+ years in product management, with 5+ years leading senior PMs or product portfolios.
Experience with platform, developer-facing, or infrastructure products preferred.
Proven track record of shipping impactful developer tools or security products.
Familiarity with modern AI landscape, including LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
Strong understanding of security concepts like identity and access control.
Ability to connect long-term vision with near-term priorities and outcomes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
