Description:

Architect and implement agentic software development lifecycle (SDLC) pipelines integrating AI agents for planning, building, testing, and shipping software.
Enhance developer experience with modern AI integrations and self-service tooling to improve productivity and reduce friction.
Build reliable, context-aware AI systems with evaluation harnesses to ensure trustworthy outputs.
Establish governance and security controls for responsible AI adoption in critical environments.
Create repeatable frameworks and playbooks to scale agentic acceleration across the organization.
Advocate for AI adoption and support team members in leveraging AI technologies.

Requirements:

2–3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems in production.
2+ years of experience designing and operating agentic workflows and pipelines.
Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of grounded AI patterns and observability for LLM systems.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python; experience with Angular/React.
Strong alignment with continuous delivery culture and operational excellence.
Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
Must be authorized to work in the US; position is remote.

Competitive base salary range of $150,000–$200,000 based on experience.
