Description:
- Lead the evolution of Podium's mobile ecosystem, focusing on iOS and Android applications.
- Design high-performance architectures for AI Agents to manage complex workflows and enhance user experience.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on native mobile development.
- Proven expertise in Swift and/or Kotlin, with experience in both platforms.
- Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
- Experience with mobile design patterns, threading, and memory management.
