Description:

  • Lead the evolution of Podium's mobile ecosystem, focusing on iOS and Android applications.
  • Design high-performance architectures for AI Agents to manage complex workflows and enhance user experience.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on native mobile development.
  • Proven expertise in Swift and/or Kotlin, with experience in both platforms.
  • Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
  • Experience with mobile design patterns, threading, and memory management.
