Description:

Lead the integration of clinical data between local practice EHRs and Chamber's systems, ensuring effective data flow and notifications.
Collaborate with EHR vendors and practice IT teams to troubleshoot and negotiate data access, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA.

Requirements:

5–7+ years of experience in healthcare technology, EHR implementation, or interoperability.
Proven ability to access live data from multiple EHR systems using various methods (APIs, HL7/FHIR, etc.).
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7v2, C-CDA).
Experience in managing vendor and practice-IT relationships.
Strong understanding of clinical and value-based care concepts.
Proficient in automation tools (SQL, Python) and able to pass a basic coding assessment.
Knowledge of HIPAA and data protection requirements.
