Remote Senior Program Specialist, Hospital & Health System Enablement and Ops, Remote

Description:

• Support high priority initiatives as a project manager within the Hospital and Health Systems team.
• Drive operational success of AI enablement and ACO operations through structured project management frameworks.
• Align execution with executive priorities across various Lines of Business (LOB) including Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and Commercial value-based care contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in operations, healthcare management, or value-based care.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project workstreams independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement.
• High proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, Monday.com, and familiarity with AI platforms and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel 10-25% for market retreats and practice visits.
