Description:

  • Lead and operate the information security program end-to-end, ensuring strong security and compliance while supporting rapid product development.
  • Report to the CTO/CISO and drive security initiatives across the company, with potential for growth into a dedicated CISO role.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a security program in a startup or growth-stage company (20–150 employees).
  • Strong knowledge of SOC 2 and HIPAA, including end-to-end audit management and vendor collaboration.
  • Ability to design security controls across AWS, application, and internal IT environments (Google Workspace + OSX).
  • Demonstrated ability to balance security needs with business velocity and customer communication.
